DL and kids swimming
I joined DL in April 2018 and my kids started swimming lessons at a cost of £25 per month each term time only. I have now been told that their swim prices are to increase to £37.00 each per month!. Problems with Village Gym
Has anyone else had problems with aggressive tactics from this group? I joined their Swansea gym in January on a monthly contract so I could cancel when I want. I then gave them 30 days notice on 13 May to say I no longer wanted membership after 14 June. They ignored my e-mail and I did not get confirmation within the 7…

I am looking forward to participate in an Ironman 70.3 Oceanside race on 6th April 2019 and I am looking forward to having a holistic training plan. Warm Up
Any suggestions please for warm-ups and warm-downs when doing weights? I tend to get a bit stiff the next day after exercise these days. Is cardio eg treadmill the best way of loosening up before doing any weight training? What about afterwards?

MYPROTEIN website: Why do they have 'sales' on all the time?
They seem to have an odd business practise where their website constantly seems to have 'sale's on with discount codes. The exact same product can be £30 one week and £40 next week even after applying discount codes. It makes them seem like they are trying to con customers out by making them over pay and bamboozling them…
