Sorry if this is the wrong board. Am making traditional Christmas dinner for 7 but one is a vegetarian Can someone recommend a main dish for one instead of the Turkey etc? Do you keep your Christmas cards? If so, what do you do with them?
Hi everyone :j This subject intrigues me, as there seems to be so many different views on it. So I'd like to know once and for all... what do we all do with our Christmas cards?!? When they first arrive, my family has the tradition of displaying them linked together with staples in a chain down the stair banister. I always…

How do you make your Secret Santa gift look so much more?
It divides offices around the country every December. Yes, it's the dreaded Secret Santa. Bob stands there rubbing his hands with glee because his best mate Mo got him in the draw, while poor Kim has no idea who Sarah is and has to discreetly find out from the rest of her team what she likes...* But that's not where…

This week's MoneySaver who wants advice asks... One of my close friends has four kids and another friend has two. I want to get them all Christmas presents, but should I spend the same amount on each child, eg, £10 each? Or should I spend a certain amount per family, eg, £30 split between each set of kids? Unfortunately…

Lush gift boxes - not worth it!
Hi all, for those that turn to Lush for an easy birthday/christmas gift, please be wary of the huge price mark ups on the gift sets! Gamer's survival kit ideas
I'm looking to make a gamer's survival kit for a 13 y/o. I've had a look on the web but most have a HUGE amount of sweets, and energy drinks, tea and coffee.
