izettle - charging commission to top-up account for refunds
Just contacted izettle about how to top up the account balance to refund all of our customers who are cancelling their bookings at our small boutique b&b business. Turns out the only way to do this is by a card transaction and therefore pay commission on the top-up! Anyone else having the same issue (I assume so)?
