Delays opening HSBC business account

Hello everyone
Is anyone else experiencing delays opening a HSBC business account? Am only asking for an account and whatever credit they'll give me ie a credit card or overdraft. No BBL as a new small business.
Application confirmed through fraud checks on 7 July. They advised need to do credit check again as previous expired. Been chasing weekly as want to set up separately for security of personal accounts. They keep saying all is in order, just needs to be opened, not long now. It's getting ridiculous, and giving me extra stress, especially as this small business is supposed to top up my furlough part time hours.
Anyone else have this? How long does it take? Over 5 weeks and counting for some digits is a bit much!
