Free payroll software for Mac?

My husband has had real problems finding a way of managing our business’s payroll on a Mac, the HMRCs software only allows him to input new data. Can anyone recommend any inexpensive software that can help him to do this? Thanks.

It's not free, but I'd say inexpensive: Brightpay.
BrightPay Payroll Software
BrightPay is a payroll software that makes managing payroll quick and easy. The easy-to-use payroll software is desktop-based and is available for both Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS X. WINNER of Payroll Software of the Year 2018 and Payroll Software of the Year 2019.
You pay an extra monthly fee if you want payslips for distribution to staff, but again, it is a small cost.
My only slight caveat is that you do need to know what you're doing and sanity check as you go.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
Seems a bit strange throwing as much money as possible on the most expensive computers you can find and then wanting cheap software. Surely you would want re-assuringly expensive software too.2

You clearly have not been shopping around for PCs in recent years... even without adding a second SSD, an insane amount of RAM or a Monitor etc managed to get a Dell Workstation to over £100,000 - Apple don't even come close to that sort of money for a single PC.fred246 said:Seems a bit strange throwing as much money as possible on the most expensive computers you can find and then wanting cheap software. It does seem a little short sighted however to potentially cut corners after investing in a good PC and especially when the software will be tax deductible anyway.0
