Shawbrook Bank's Secure Messaging?
Just wondered what recent experiences people have had with Shawbrook's secure messaging service? Have they been slower than normal? I'm sure there used to be an indication of how long they'll take to get back to you, but don't see it on their site any more.

Savings accounts which accept payments in from a Third Party (not via a 'nominated' account)?
My adult son and I want to set up a savings account in his name (not joint) where I can pay in regular amounts directly, rather than them having to go via his bank account and require him to transfer them. It seems so many savings accounts only accept payments in from the designated nominated account in the same name?

Fixed Bond Interest Tax Bill Despite Interest Not Being "Accessible"
Hi all, In a previous thread i wrote about the difficulty in selecting multi-year (e.g. 3-5 years) fixed rate bonds that retain your interest each year and credit it to the account i.e. compound your interest. Back in 2023 I took a long time to select 5 bonds that pay at maturity only as this would be more efficient for me…
