Chelsea BS and NSandI transferring funds and getting log off

At 8am this morning I have transferred £1 out from Chelsea BS to other external bank accounts and the money have no come through

The NSandI keep kicking me out - to say I have touched the BACK button which I have not. 

I would like to ask whether anyone has any problem with either of these (as I was going to pay my sell proceeds into them) but unsure now as I cannot access the accounts

I haven't researched Chelsea BS specifically but many building societies route payments via a major clearing bank (rather than having their own facilities) and this generally adds significant time to the process, so they'll often arrive on the next business day rather than the same one.

The NS&I 'back button' issue sounds familiar, their site is pretty flaky.

Chelsea is a trading name of Yorkshire Building Society and in my experience withdrawals always arrive next day but not first thing, so expect to see it c.midday tomorrow.

NS&I: Try a different browser. For me it works perfectly with Chrome.

I had to switch off my anti-tracker (DuckDuckGo) to access NS&I

NS&I back button occurs when you access via a browser and a mobile network ( eg tethering a laptop or using chrome on your phone). This problem has been around for at least 10 years and they should be ashamed for not having fixed it

The solution is to access  via  a landline router i.e avoid mobile network
