Hi All , I received a claim form in relation to an unpaid PCN I received from a (free) car park at a local pub, where I did not enter my VRN details to the tablet provided as I did not see the sign. I then ignored the private company PCN letters as I normally do and received months of 'final warnings', which stopped for a…

Defence help - Euro Car Parks/DCB Legal
Hi, In typical ADHD fashion, I've waited until the last day to un-bury my head from the sand and need to submit defence for a parking ticket from 2022. I wanted to double check some things/ask for advice, I've read the newbie and defence thread. I'm in need of some help with my defence, as rather than a ticket dispute, I…

I left the car park to pick her up and stopped on the access road (Aberconway Road) to the car park. Her 2 year old needed the potty and I needed…

I parked in a carpark run by Excel parking, found a machine out of order, tried to pay with the parking app on their alternative payment instructions which failed due to a confirmation SMS (which arrived 22 hours later), tried their helpline, got transferred to an "automated payment system" which told me a number I…

He gave a name…
