Hi,

I received a parking ticket through parking in a Euro Cark Park in April 2025, I entered my car registration into the machine and after me inputting the first 2 characters of my registration I was prompted to pay the parking cost. I did this and I also still have the parking ticket as I did not bin it.

I did not directly appeal at the time and I presumed it would be wiped / forgotten about but it is 14 months later and after countless letters from DCB legal about increasing the fees and threatening a CCJ, one was finally put in. Unfortunately our post is very hit and miss and I never received the Claim Form for the CCJ but I have received the Judgement for Claimant (in default) on 26th May 2026 and a notification via the bank that a CCJ has been placed on my record.

I am aware I cannot use the N9 form as I have the CCJ placed so I need to use the N244 form instead. I've read lots of examples on here about statements and what happens but just querying if there is anything new / updated as the latest example of Witness Statements which I saw re CCJs via @Zbubuman and @icy_fox were from 2024.

Also I tried to log onto the MCOL service but I not have a password on the Judgement for Claimant form so I cannot use this service - I'm lead to beleive that if the pack was posted to me I cannot use the online service. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
