N149 - thought this had been replaced
Hi guys - is this N149 form the one where the 11 stage reply is used. I thought I'd already replied with that form but they are saying they didn't receive it

Nope
Its telling you that you have not submitted or returned the N180, so presumably they posted it out to you
Copy and paste your claim history below from MCOL

Have I got to go thru mcol (so damned complicated). Is it possible to fill in a blank N180 form and just send that wherever it has to go?

I just wanted to check when they posted it to you
My advice is download the N180 DQ document ASAP, as described in the letter above, fill it in and save it , attach it to an email and add the claim reference number and your surname, send it to the DQ email address in that letter
Same as the 8 steps explains, in the defence template thread post 1, in announcements
Then check your email inbox and spam folders for their auto email response back, confirming receipt

Just found this in my gallery history and the reference number is the same as the one in first image of this thread - so haven't I already responded to the N180?

Do you know what text the auto email response will have in it?

Email the 180. Not a photo
Forget anything else
Just the pdf. Not a photo of it

That’s just the acknowledgment of receipt of your Defence. The DQ (N180) is a separate, but mandatory, part of the process. Get it done, it’s not difficult.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
