Just received our final offer from Barclays only 11 months post IVA, thanks to using a good broker. We had a mortgage but wanted to move from nram/landmark to a 'stable ' setup with normal rates. Got a fixed deal approx 2.5%, 90% LTV. So there is hope out there.
