F&f iva
Hi
Is anyone able to advise when my IVA will drop off my credit file please?
I started an joint IVA in July 2009, but defaulted in mid 2011. We were gifted funds to use as F&F by parents in September 2011. Proposal was put to IVA company and had F&F accepted in April 2012. Completion certificate was dated July 2013. My credit file is stating I have an IVA record that is 90 months old. Should it have disappeared by now or will it stay until July 2019?
Secondly, my husband has a CCJ registered against from one of the debtors included in the F&F, Santander. It is still showing as an amount outstanding and was registered 2 days before F&F was accepted in April 2012. Incidentally they were one of the creditors who did not vote. I have written to the court to ask that the entry is satisfied and they advised I need to speak to Santander. I have written to Santander at the end of November but not heard back. I'm sure they have to respond within 8 weeks to be compliant with FOS regulations so will chase in early February. Can anyone advise if we are entitled to have this entry removed or has any advice on dealings with Santander complaints?
Many Thanks
Carrie

The IVA should only be on your file 6 years.
The fact it's still showing is puzzling ?
Either call your IP, or the insolvency service to see if there is a reason for this.
The CCJ should of been quashed on approval of the IVA.
So if they don't respond, get the FOS involved.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
