IVA sold on and they want me to switch from DD to CPA. Do I have to?
My IVA is in it's final year and it has been sold on to another IVA provider. I've always paid by direct debit but they want me to switch to recurring payment on my debit card. I'm uncomfortable with this and I think it is unnecessary if I have never missed a payment in 4 years. Can I refuse and stay on DD?

I entered into an IVA on 14/12/20, it was suggested to open a new account with a new bank. I have done this with TSB, I then transferred money to this new account.
