Anyone ever used this shop?
I'm searching for a George Foreman grill and found a site on Google selling the model that I want cheaper than anyone else but it's a company I've never heard of. They are called Brave Hestia. At least they appear to be trading under that name but are registered on Companies House as First Choice Domestic Appliance Ltd.…

Inexpensive handheld vacuum with brush attachments?
I'm looking for an inexpensive -but reliable - handheld vacuum cleaner with brush attachments. The Black and Decker Dustbusters are inexpensive, but don't come with any attachments. The only ones that do are: -Really expensive Shark / Dyson options -Cheap no-brand gear from China (so I have no idea how reliable they'll be)…

Underpants
I am an old bloke who has always worn the Y-front type of underpants and I have no wish to change. However, I recently bought a pack of Jockey Y-fronts and they're a waste of time: they look the same out of the box but if the material was any thinner, I could read the paper through them. The "elastic" is very limp too.…

https://kindred.co/ they are a cashback site where you can donate some of your cashback to charity. It’s a nice concept, but lacking in execution. So far only 2 out of 6 purchases actually went through and have been waiting for a long time to get help on the cash backs.

Haru chair bed Made.com
Just wondered if anyone has purchased the Haru chair bed and whether they found it comfortable enough as both a chair and occasional bed for children/teenagers? I’ve just had a garage conversion to use as a snug but need something fairly compact as want to fit in two chairs. I’m reluctant to buy without trying but it seems…

CheckoutSmart rules
Hi all. Has anyone experienced having their CheckoutSmart account cancelled with no explanation given. When asked for a reason the response is that they are under no obligation to provide one. I’m at a loss as to why I should have had my account closed. My suspicion is that I claimed offers on both CheckoutSmart and Quidco…

Import duties request to pay after delivery
I’ve recently ordered a book/record set from a company in Germany. The price was approximately 150€. FedEx delivered the parcel last week but didn’t ask for any import duties, etc up front. Now they’ve billed me £42. Is this correct? I thought you had the right not to pay and have the parcel returned to sender? For the…

Are Boots still running their Half Price Sunglasses promotion?
A few years ago, Boots were running a promotion where if you spent £5, the till would spit out a voucher giving 50% off any pair of sunglasses. Apparently, this was an annual thing that they ran every summer. Are they still doing this every year?
