Dualit Classic Kettle £140 from John Lewis with their 2 year warranty.
Is it worth the money as it's the only Stainless steel and copper kettle I can find.
I am after a replacement for my 4tth Morphy Richard kettle in 4 1/2 years
Stainless steel and copper to match my toaster.
Thanks

Only you can decide whether it’s worth spending £146 on a kettle. Personally it boils water the same as a £30 kettle.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Now decided on a cheaper Dualit Kettle after comparing quite a few brands for looks.
Definitely staying away from morphy richards.Spending my time reading how to fix PC's,instead of looking at Facebook.0 -
Not worth the money. Very heavy when full, and much noisier than other kettles.1

I haven't had this model but I have had other Dualit kettles. The metal ones are extremely heavy but they are long-lasting. Currently, we have a black plastic Dualit kettle and it looks good and works well. Bought from Argos.0

I realise I'm a bit late to this thread, but I have a Dualit kettle - one of the older style - that's still going strong after 15+ years. My Dualit 4 slice toaster is still performing perfectly after 25 years and is still on its first set of elements. Great quality products that are built to last and, increasingly, are built to be repairable when necessary rather than than simply disposable.1
