How many WW Smartpoints in an Asda meal replacement shake?
I'm, trying the WW plan, but occasionally if I'm in a rush a meal replacement shake comes in handy for breakfast or lunch if I don't have time to prepare anything. Anyone know how many points I need to allow for them please?

Anyone dealt with L'Oreal with faulty products?
Two months ago, I bought a bottle of L'Oreal's Hydra Genius. It comes in a glass bottle with a pump. The pump broke and with the top unable to open to access the product as its bolted on. I rang the customer service number which then sent me an e-mail with some questions such as when and where purchased and where its…

Costly 'scale and polish' service at the dentist 'may be unnecessary'!
So then, after many years of dentists trying to scuttle me off for a 'scale and polish' at the hygienist (this instead of carrying out the procedure him/herself as per charge band) at possibly great extra cost, looks like 'scale and polish' has always been what I considered it anyway. Namely. Nothing more than a rip off…

I bet they don't remember me though!:) I will try and keep a very long story short! :) Unfortunately recently I have had to move into a denture situation in respect of 4 top teeth. No dentures on lower. I had teeth…

Previous dental work and fees covered
Hi I had a tooth extraction in the 29th November 2018. A root snapped off and after some time of digging around my dentist couldn’t get it out and said he was causing more damage. My gum was in a state as he had also torn my gum across the front on the next tooth. It took until literally the new year to feel somewhere near…

Understanding optitions prescription
My new prescription after my latest eye test. In the section for distance right and left there are figures for sph, cyl, axis. In the section for near it just says R/L + 1.75. I was going to order a pair of reading glasses online which must come under near, but can't understand why the near section only has R/L + 1.75 as a…

Value for money Sanitary protection
Can anyone recommend a good brand of Sanitary towel? I have such problems with them and they drive me up the wall. (I can't use tampons anymore). Usually they're just not long enough and they stick to themsleves before they stick to my underwear, or they don't stick at all and disappear down my trouser leg.

Is endodontist liable?
I was referred from my NHS dentist for a root canal treatment to a private endodontist. I was told it would be £800 and the NHS dentist could crown it after. I went and had the procedure done but he was unable to finish it. The next appointment he had available was 42 days later. Well the tooth seemed very fragile to me…

Understanding optical prescription
I had an eye test the other day, and decided to take the prescription and look for glasses at my leisure. I have had two identical pairs of reading glasses for the past 14 years, and although they are good for screen work in good lighting conditions, they are no longer strong enough for reading. So, my eye test revealed…

Best deal for contact lenses for a child for 1-2 wears per week?
DD is happy with her glasses but struggles with netball and football when it rains so would like contact lenses to wear once or twice a week. She also probably needs a new pair of glasses every year. Does anyone have any recommendations for where might be cheapest for this usage pattern? Are there all in deals including…
