Dear all,
I appear to have had an unexplained and unauthorised payment taken by Nuffield Health and not sure what to do.
Here goes:
Who is it best to contact in these circumstances - my local club, membership services, or start ranting on social media until one of the Social angels picks up and prods buttock on my behalf?

I appear to have had an unexplained and unauthorised payment taken by Nuffield Health and not sure what to do.
Here goes:
- My wife and I were on a joint membership. This was £92.
- My wife now cannot attend due to hypermobility and is only doing pilates under medical supervision.
- I asked to change my membership from Duo to Single - which should be £53.
- I checked my bank account this morning and £100 has come out - which is neither the old fee, nor the new one.
- Nor is there any mention on the change form, the website, or the email chain I have with the club of any kind of processing fee...
- Neither was I advised (which I should be in writing) of changes to the original Duo membership costs.
Who is it best to contact in these circumstances - my local club, membership services, or start ranting on social media until one of the Social angels picks up and prods buttock on my behalf?

Always give the place/company itself at least a chance to sort it out.How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0
