Social media comp "winners" random or not
Call me cynical but anybody else think some times winners are not randomly chosen? Take for example a competition on twitter ran by a company called Diamond Whites to win a Hot Tub. They've announced the winner which is great and congratulations to them, but the winner hasn't posted anything since 2019.

Two qus - trying to figure out the new forum still
1. How do you search by end date now? I used to type E: 10/08 for example in the search and all comps ending that date would come up but now literally nothing comes up whenever I try to search for a date. 2. How do you get the daily comp emails of new comps posted each day? Thanks so much

Where did all the comps go ?
Hi I used to comp a lot, but not so much in the last few years. I came back just before the boards revamp - there seem to be a lot fewer comps posted these days. Did most people move to a better site? If so, any idea which one? (one that's (hopefully) easier to navigate than this new "improved" version!) Thanks liz

Anyone won a cheque recently?
Just wondering if anyone had one a cheque from one of the Take a Break, TV Choice, Bella Magazine etc. competitions recently. Late last year, there were lots of posts in the I Won section of the forum, with people saying they have won one of these comps, but now there are hardly any. Any thoughts?

Search by end date
Hey guys, I usually search the end date in the advanced search (see picture) - but tonight the results have come up with 100 pages again. It did this awhile ago...so it means it's not showing just the ones closing tomorrow. Any ideas?

Postal Entry myths!
Does anyone really believe that postal entries are included in competitions, i have been suspicious about this for a long time and of course it's not free if you have to buy a stamp. a suggestion - could we have a search that lists comps that have not been ticked or crossed?
with all this new search functions etc, i find that even though I am listing comps in order of posts made (thank you picked up from previous discussions), sometimes it must be glitches on the website i find i am missing comps because its listed the most recent comments and put them in that order instead. it is just a…

End Date problem partially solved (threads closing early, entered/skipped not working)
Comps are now being closed at 23:59 on the final day instead of 00:01 This means that they remain open for comments and marking as entered/skipped throughout the final day. When posting a new comp you should now see: My report on Site Feedback now points out the remaining problems:

Hi, I was just wandering if anyone ever wins on the click to win comps? I do the mag daily comps that have an end date but the click to wins seem to have been there so long I wonder if anyone ever wins and if they are worth the effort of entering?!
