25% bonkers ruling
Anyone else get done over every year by this? It's not the ruling itself, it's that they only apply it when it suits them. So annual review should be the latest figure they have from HMRC. Every year they give me the wrong calculation as they don't include the P11D figure. Every year I tell them that they should and every…

child maintenance - paying lump sum in advance
Hello all, I'm in the middle of agreeing child maintenance payments with my ex. She is asking if I will pay a lump sum upfront, this would cover all payments for the next 5 years and then our child will be adult. I'm happy to pay what is required every month, but is it a good idea to just pay it all in one go like that?…

Evidence for Child Maintenance tribunal
I am in dispute over the number of days my son stays with his dad. He doesn't stay over at all but his dad claims he stays 2 nights a week. A court order was made when our son was 14, an age where really he can decide where he wants to stay. He does see his dad but feels uncomfortable staying over. I have provided CMS with…

Changing Child Maintenance Payments
Me and the ex wife came to an agreement we would use the child maintenance figure from the government website, I pay her based on me having the children 2 nights a week. Is it reasonable for me to change the amount on a month to month basis. As I am having them half the summer holidays (50/50 care), so surely I should pay…

When exactly does my quarterly entitlement to Tax Free Childcare refresh?
Simple question
but I can’t find the answer anywhere. Is there a set date on which my quarterly
entitlement to Tax Free Childcare refreshes? If so, how can I find out when it
is? Obviously I realise that it’s roughly once every three months, but it’d be
helpful if I could diarise the precise date.

Hello All, I am a Paying Parent who recently opted out of a Consent Order to open a case with the CMS. Child care 15 hours
I have just started the hunt for a nursery for my child. I have found that most the nurseries that I have contacted that accept the free 15 hours say that the 15 hours only counts as 1 full day care 7:30-5:30 which is 10 hrs is this right? I haven't found a nursery that carries the other 5 hrs over to a second day
