United Utilities - money taken out of my account, then credited back within hours!
Well, my annual water bill was due to be taken out yesterday (United Utilities). Woke up yesterday, checked my account and noticed that £400 had been debited from account. Not a problem there. Within hours, I then get credited £400 from United Utilities. ?? Nothing has been debited today. Anyone else come across this?
