Yorkshire Water - £20 cheque?

My 80 and 78 year old old parents have just received a £20 cheque from them for a meeting that didn't happen last year which they know nothing about. Anybody have a clue as to what it may be for?

If they are late for an appointment you get some money, did they have an appointment with an inspector ?0

My MIL got the same the other week following week she got another £20 too same reason you got. She made no attempt to contact YW first she know about it was a latter to say sorry they missed an appointment and £200
