Sky ripped off my 85yr old mum-in-law who has MS
last year we discovered that my mother in law had signed upto FULL sky package - she already had a freesat box and an old tv and had never used a computer. We sent a strong letter by registered post, and although it was not acknowledged at all, the service strangely cancelled soon after. Low and behold! Its happened again.…

Sky Freesat v BBC Freesat
Hi everyone Just posted about new Sky digiboxes but I'm also considering changing to BBC Freesat. I'm told I can still use the Sky dish and the receiver would be cheaper. But I also believe there are less channels than with Sky. Anyone got any preferences? And if BBC, which box? PS Freeview not an option as there is no…

Sky FreeSAT card
Hi I am a SKY world subscriber. I also have a Sky box with a Freesat card in my back room which doesn't receive Channel5 (new frequency etc etc). I went to the replace card section of sky dot com and they want a 1-off £20 for a new card. Is this correct, despite me being a monthly top tier subscriber? Thanks in advance.
