Igenix IG9800 dehumidifier
SO I have one of these in my garage, its been working fine up until a few days ago.......now it just keeps cutting out after a matter of minutes. I've pulled all the covers off and cannot visually see anything thats gone adrift. Does anyone know if there's a fault-finding method to determine where the issue lies?

I happen to think google keep is great for producing anything prior to posting and items can easily be deleted. What you can't do however, is PRINT from there. If you send to Google Docs, that item CAN be printed. If you then wish to dispose of it, remove to trash. BUT, there is no option to empty trash. What is…

Reluctant Amazon Alexa owner -- can it be useful?
My sister received a device with Amazon's "Alexa" for Christmas (I'm not sure which one). It's not the kind of thing she would buy herself, so asked me if there's anything she might actually be able to use it for. She's not interested in music (weird!) or news updates, and doesn't have any other "smart devices" that Alexa…

MacBook Air and Dropbox
Hi I've had an email from Dropbox stating that, from 9 April 2019, Dropbox will be ending support for Mac OS 10.9 (which I'm still using). As I'm still using Mavericks, can I update to the latest Mac OS without going through the intervening ones? Thanks in advance for any constructive advice, as I want to continue using…

Can anyone recommend me a product / method? Visually the records look to be unmarked, and most of them play fine, but one or two 'get…
