I happen to think google keep is great for producing anything prior to posting and items can easily be deleted. What you can't do however, is PRINT from there.
If you send to Google Docs, that item CAN be printed. If you then wish to dispose of it, remove to trash.
BUT, there is no option to empty trash.
What is recommended is that you then pop over to Google Drive, where your items/documents/letters are. Then after searching, you find a page where all your TRASH items are, then you have to individually click on each one, to DELETE FOREVER.
Phew, how long winded?. Am I doing it wrong?, Surely there must be a simpler way to click on trash can to delete in one foul swoop?
Maybe you feel there is something less "fannying about" available, where you could COMPOSE, PRINT & DELETE FOREVER ? if so, please share. Oh, I have chromebook, samsung android phone & tablet that I would wish to sync.

On Chromebook, you don't don't have to delete individually. When you open BIN there is a small arrow pointing down beside the word 'Bin' at the top
Empty bin !

Yes, whilst out, I've just found that. I'd still like recommendations for something as straightforward as Keep, with the option to print. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

i think its just a note taking facility to share across devices.
not designed for anything else0 -
I'm afraid it's something Google Drive comes with. Trash bin first, delete forever last.0
