Is there any way I can have pictures deleted from Facebook? I've already untagged myself, and asked the person to delete the pictures, but they haven't

Who owns the copyright on the pictures? You can report them but don't expect anything to happen if you don't own the copyright.
Is the picture just used for personal or used in some way for them to make money?
If i take a picture of you in the street the copyright is mine not yours.
If its just a here is a picture of xx street and not for sale etc then i wouldnt expect facebook to do anything. But you never know what action they will take.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
You would not normally have any legal recourse to have a photograph of you removed, other than in some quite specific circumstances. Ownership (copyright) of the photograph is with the photographer and you would normally have zero rights relating to any non-commercial use (and quite limited rights related to commercial use as well).
There are always special case exceptions - "revenge !!!!!!" is one - and facebook may have additional restrictions about what users can and cannot post that go beyond any legal limits, but absent more information it is impossible to say if any apply.Proud member of the wokerati, though I don't eat tofu.Home is where my books are.Solar PV 5.2kWp system, SE facing, >1% shading, installed March 2019.Mortgage free July 20230 -

Basically we were evacuated from our hotel room during the night after the fire alarm went off, so were outside in just our night clothes. Of course, people were taking pictures which I wasn't keen on, they ended up on Facebook. I would just like them taken off and deleted!0 -
