Are all Bluetooth adapters the same
Have a generic bluetooth adapter on my desktop which won't talk to bluetooth monitor approx 25ft away ( 2 floors up). My netbook with built in bluetooth in exactly the same position works fine. Can only conclude the adapter is weaker, any recommendations for a more sensitive adapter ?

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1
Does anyone know if there's a UK release date for the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1? I've got nowhere with a huge trawl around Google results today trying to find out. As far as I can gather, the Tab 2 7" version is about to be out in the UK (eg here) and the Tab 2 10.1 version is out in America but not here. I've no idea why they'd…

Have I lost my recordings?
I had a bunch of voice recordings on my HTC Desire phone. However, I then used the SD card from it to make video clips on my Muvi mini camera. Since then, I can't seem to find the voice recordings on my HTC Desire again. Are they hidden somewhere, or has the video recorded over the voice recordings?! Thanks

Advice on buying a new television
Hi everyone We have just moved house and we looked in Comet today for a new TV. The choice is mind boggling. We currently have a Panasonic CRT 28inch so you can imagine we are a bit out of touch with the current technology.:o We have a budget of around £500 and we have a big lounge so we would want over a 40 inch size TV,…

New monitor recomendations / advice please
Hi I am finally going to replace my CRT monitor. I am looking for an LED as these seem to use less energy and are slightly greener to produce / recycle than LCD (based on the little I have read). I am looking for 19" - 22" and a good deal for an at least reasonable quality one, anyone know of any current deals or have a…

New desktop needed - any advices??
Hi all, I'm afraid I'm no computer expert and having bought a 'refurbed' desktop off ebay recently (in hindsight a mistake as no sound, RAM card not working) and today it's not detecting the keyboard. So need a new desktop - that works! - pretty quickly as my wife is reliant on the computer for her work. All I need is a…

USB Stick Write Protected
My Integral 4GB USB stick has suddenly become write protected and I have no idea how. I have saved data on it in the past and there is no physical switch on the outside which might cause this. I tried formatting it as I do not need the data on it but its still failing. Is there any software I can download to resolve this?…

Wireless usb adaptor
Im wanting to get the laptop wirelessly connected and was thinking of buying something like this, anyone bought 1 and was happy or has anyone bought a similar 1 ? Something of that size would be quite good as less likely to get damaged as its small compared to the longer usb wireless devices you can get.
