Im wanting to get the laptop wirelessly connected and was thinking of buying something like this, anyone bought 1 and was happy or has anyone bought a similar 1 ?
Something of that size would be quite good as less likely to get damaged as its small compared to the longer usb wireless devices you can get.

There may be another way to switch wifi on/off.
Check in the control panel to see if you have Windows Mobility Center.
