new desktop advice
Hi I am looking to upgrade from my 6 year old desktop and have seen these 2 available. Compaq SG3-320UK at currys / pc world Zoostorm Intel Pentium E5500 at Argos 507/2208 Can anyone offer any advice if one is better than the other? It will be used mainly for surfing, photo storage etc Many thanks Steve

Can a laptop be used to record TV?
Who can think of a route to record from Sky TV onto a laptop when it is transmitted in the early hours for playback at a later date? I would like to be able to set this up in advance, go to sleep and watch next day. There is a 320 hard drive, a 400 external hard drive and an internal dvd- rw if it helps all on windows 7.
