got into a pickle with mouse and keyboard

the scroll on mouse now takes me to the previous page< I Cant get >>full stops AND OTHER LOWER cases numbers< I Think i did something? also the capital button works in reverse< I tried to system restore but i get to click next and nothing happens ???

no the caps lock now work in reverse < also the the top left hand corner ofrhe page the back button does not work0

I have solve this proplem,I google this and the answer is to press both shift keys at the same time great0
