SUPERantispyware issue

For the past 3 years I have been using the paid for version of SUPERantispyware. Then the other day after an update it started to say that the free trial was over and I had to pay again. It is supposed to be free for as long as you own the computer.

I have been onto them and they have asked for any emails I may have been using at the time so they can check. I have done that. I have also asked if they have ever taken Paypal because I can search there but not credit card statements from that long ago.

Any suggestions as to how I can prove I have already paid for it?

Do the logs say paid for version

Thank you all sorted since I sent them this link! They gave me a code I put it in and all is working again.
