A prorer FM radio receiver

I like to listen to one radio station while in the kitchen, the problem is, they have a really crappy signal. Can anyone recommend the most reliable FM radio receiver, to avoid failing radio signal sounds?

Are they on freeview or have they a feed on the web ? Which channel is it, also does your radio have the option of an external antenna.
