Who can think of a route to record from Sky TV onto a laptop when it is transmitted in the early hours for playback at a later date? I would like to be able to set this up in advance, go to sleep and watch next day. There is a 320 hard drive, a 400 external hard drive and an internal dvd- rw if it helps all on windows 7.

There is no TV tuner in the laptop but that may not matter as I will use Sky Go. This is not received through an aerial. It’s more like receiving an iPlayer feed.0

I don't think you can record sky go, but they may allow you to access content on demand.0

Yes I know, the point being that the Sky box (I am assuming you don't have Sky+, since that would record it anyhow) will output its channel being viewed on the rf out , that's how you can "pipe" that around your house via co-ax cable .4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex .
