I need to reinstall the OS on the PC but daughter has 360 itunes songs on there. Is there an easy way to save these as she reckons its gonna take about 15 CD's to put them on?!

Old Sat Nav appears to have lost maps
I have got an Acer E300 sat nav which I have not used for a while. It appears to have lost all its maps. Unfortunately I have lost my CD and instruction manual. Does anyone know if there is any way of getting the maps uploaded again?

Lousy photos from laser printer
I know photos aren't a laser printer's strong point, but the results i'm getting are beyond a joke. I've tried the quality settings, any other ideas ? It's just a cheapy Samsung so I know I can't expect too much.
