Is this a good TV / Deal ?

Hi All,

Time for a new TV.
The wife wants a thin one, hung on the wall.

Tempted by this deal .... Sharp LC37LE320E £425 delivered, and direct from Sharp which seems pretty safe.

Reviews seem good, and 37" is I think the perfect size for us.
As far as I could tell the LED TVs are more energy efficient too... though I don't know if this is significant in terms of our electric bill

So before I order :

1) Is this a good deal ? - In this kind of price range (under £450)..
2) Anyone ordered direct from Sharp online ?
3) Anyone actually got this model wants to give me a short review ?

I see it does not have a Freeview HD tuner if thats any problem for you.
