Hi I'm helping a friend who is setting up a small office for his charity and they have a 1TB on a NAS in Raid 1 and they want that to be have a backup helf off-site. So I was wondering if anyone knew of good online backup solutions? they have a BT business broadband account which gives them a 5GB which will do for starters but will probably need more than that very soon.

Get them another 1TB drive and tell them to take it home . If they have an upload speed of say 384kbs then they will upload approx 138Mb in an hour therefore 5GB will take approx 36 hours , if the 1 tb is 1/2 full then that will take 150 days for a full backup , then they could run a backup based on what is changed..... If they have upload speeds of 10Mbps then divide the maths by 30.4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex .
