iTunes 10 download
I would like to download iTunes, specifically to download a certain podcast which is available through iTunes only. My question is: I am very happy with Windows Media Player for my music, will the iTunes download mess up with all my settings and convert all my music files? Your expert knowledge is appreciated as usual.

I thought I would be able to plug it in and the files would automatically transfer onto my new laptop but that hasn't happened. Unfortunately I really do not…

Basic stuff but don't know the answer
My daughter sends jokes to me sometimes and usually they are set out in an unusually way (large print with pictures). If I click "Forward" the person I'm addressing it to does not receive it in the same format. In fact, it looks ridiculous. There will be one word on the left of the email and the rest of that sentence is a…

Trouble with AVG 2011
Since I've updated to AVG 2011 I've had problems with my PC. Every now and again a box pops up saying 'Firefox has encountered a problem...'. 'Send error report' or 'Don't send'. If I click 'Don't send' it just closes Firefox down completely; there's no other way of clearing the error box. I'm not techie-minded,…
