Help please!!!
I’m stuck. My sons computer has decided that it just does not want to load windows. He currently has windows 7 on it, although I suspect originally it was Vista. It has been working fine for ages but all of a sudden it has decided not to load. The restore menu comes us which you would think would mean I could restore to a previous date but any date I chose it tells me that system restore was unsuccessful. We have a system restore disc but just our luck it won’t read that disc. Is his computer doomed??? Any help would be very much appreciated.
