Dell Studio 1735 hard drive fail
Can someone help me find a diagnostic tool for a dell stuido 1735 to check the hard drive. Its my brothers laptop and when it turns on it freezes on the vista loading screen. I want to uninstal/reinstall, Google Earth program, as it doesnt work properly, however a message comes up that I must log in as "the administator" to do this. Have never seen this as an option, when turning machine on, I just insert password when requested. Any ideas please ?
