Cracked ipod touch 4G - only 2 weeks old and my son saved up a whole year to buy it!

Hi - When trying to install Office 2010 (Software4students) on my daughters PC, it errors because her PC is SP2. Auto updates is on. I've run Windows Update but it doesn't offer SP3 as an update. It is a 32-bit machine. I don't understand the problem.
