Son playing around with my laptop & now when I open it this annoying MSN messenger page comes up. Have gone into programmes but cant see it to delete. Any idea where I can find and delete it? Thanks.

It keeps missing letters out unless I really press down hard on each one. It never used to do this, its a ony ( -see, I typed SONY-) Vaio. Sometimes, whole words are missing.

Computer keeps turning itself off
my computer keeps turning itself off as if there was a sudden power cut, some days it does it about 10 other days 1 or 2 somedays not at all, i have to turn it off at the plug and leave for a minute then turn it back on at the plug then i can restart the computer. any ideas what could be going on

I recently added another user account (grandson) to my PC. Ever since, if I leave the PC unattended for say 10 minutes, I get logged out. I then have to lg back in again. Is this normal?
