Removing AVG and installing Kaspersky Help Needed
Hi I uninstalled avg using the uninstall programme on my comp and also off the o/s, did the temp files too... but when i run the Kaspersky disk it wont install as say avg 8 needs removing before can go any further. I cant see for the life me where it is or figure out whats going on - help - cheers

Corrupt keyboard when using Windows Mail
The symbols are all over the place e.g. the # is coming up when I press the pound symbol (can't find the pound at all), the @ is coming up when I press " and vice versa, etc. It only seems to be happening in Windows Mail. When I use OpenOffice Writer or MS Works, everything is fine. Any suggestions, please?
