Missing Freeview Channels

Just got an LCD with freeview tuner as a 2nd TV and it won't find any of the Five channels. It's a Samsung like the one downstairs but that has all Five freeview channels on it, so i presume it's not the signal. It does get Five on analogue. I've checked for a software upgrade but there is'nt one as the current one is uptodate. Any ideas anyone? The set is a 19" 450 series.

Try swapping them around, that will tell you if it is the signal, or the set itself.

Some tuners are more sensitive than others, even from the same manufacturers.
