mp3 files with long filenames wont play

Computer keeps restarting
I have this weekend replaced a DDR PC2700 256MB RAM with a DDR PC3200 1GB RAM (from PCWorld compatible with pc2700). Computer restarted a few times after replacing the RAM then stabilised for a couple of days but today is restarting every few minutes. Is there anything I can do to stop this?

Installing Win98 on a laptop with no floppy!
For the reason of playing old DOS games I want to install a legitimate copy of Windows 98 onto a Sony Vaio laptop I have that currently has XP on it. Unfortunately it has no floppy drive and I can't seem to work out how to do it even by fiddling with the BIOS. Any ideas?

Can't get ITV on freeview

i think i have a virus HELP please!!
i think i have a virus on my lappy. down in the bottom right toolbar there is a big red cross that says windows detected spyware. i've run adwatch but superantispyware won't even open, and neither will spybot. if i click on spybot in the bottom left it says process blacklisted??? help! i don't know what to do next

Opening Downloads/Attachments
I'm having problems opening attachments from emails and downloads on my Vista laptop. It's trying to open them with Works instead of Word. It's a recent problem and Excel attachments open correctly. Have I accidently changed a setting or something? TIA
