System Restore gone AWOL
I just tried to use System Restore but got a pop-up message: "This application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found. Re-installing this application may fix this problem" I have just uninstalled Norton in favour of PC Guard (free from Virgin my ISP). Could this have been the problem? How do I fix this?
