how to unlock a word and excel document on laptop
My son has managed to lock both excel and word documents on his laptop. He was doing some homework and can no longer add to it ie the keyboard seems lock a message at the bottom of the compuer say document is locked can anybody help us. Thankyou

norton security 2007 and usb stick problems
Having installed the new version of Norton i can no longer open alter and save documents to my memory stick. I've uninstalled and it works fine put it back on and the same problem occurs. I've tried disabling the norton firewall and that has no effect. Any ideas Thanks n

Acer travelmate laptop help please
