Can anyone tell me please - Will a Kingston 2GB SD Memory Card fit and allow me to take many photos ?

I am onfused to understand SD, Flash, etc.

You have not said exactly which model coolpix but this webpage should give you an idea of the number of pictures depending the the resolution chosen.

thanks - Coolpix L3 - I really need to establish if this card will fit or if I am on the wrong lines.

Im not sure if this will work but I have just bought a memory card from a shop on ebay and it saved me £50 from the shop prices!!
