I have had the laptop computer reset to factory settings.
This means I have the Norton Security on the computer again.
Whoopee....:(

It was a complete swine to remove last time. I need to find the norton removal tool again.

I will be reinstalling AVG, windows defender, spybot and adware.

I have zone alarm firewall pro on the desktop can anyone rcommend a free firewall for the laptop?

Is there a problem with installing the free edition of Zone Alarm on the laptop?
It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die

No problem. I just wondered about trying something different.

You shouldn't have more than one firewall and anti-virus products running at the same time. They may clash and also increase the system resources. Therefore before the OP can install the newer software, they will need to delete Norton off first!

Rikki I think this is the link that you will need:
Download and run the Norton Removal Tool
