Cleaning printer heads
My hubby is trying to get hold of some ammonia to clean our inkjet printer heads with. He's had no luck so far. Does any one have any idea where he can get some from - even a solution of 1-2% in alcohol may do the job! Any ideas gratefully received!

Need Help with burning dvds
I used to use DVD Shrink to rip dvds and the software that came with my drive (Ricoh) to burn to disk. Now I have a new system, and it has Nero on it. Just had a few days off work and discovered that some nosey people at work have been looking at my microsoft outlook mail box. At my work we dont have passwords on our mail box's.
