I think the security update may be to fix the WMF Vulnerability - but make sure you download the WMF Vulnerability Patch as soon as possible.

No, the fix for the wmf exploit came out last week, see this thread.

Today's cover "A vulnerability exists when viewing Embedded Web Fonts that could lead to remote code execution" and "A vulnerability exists in TNEF messages that could allow remote code execution"

The one to fix the WMF vulnerability was KB912919 but a visit to the update website will highlight it anyway if you don't already have it.
