Hi, i'm looking to buy a portable dvd player and i have some divX/MPEG/MP4 files on my hard drive which i can burn to a cd but not a dvd.(i don't have a dvd burner at all). Sony wega tv problem :(
My folks have a sony wega tv with a built in freeview box, the thing is when its switched on, the picture is ok, but a red light keeps flashing 5 times, has a break & then begins again on the on/off/remote control section bit. This goes on for a while...any thoughts are much appreciated, thanks :)

I'm thinking of getting an external hard drive but they all seem to be USB 2. I have a Dell Dimension 4400 which only has USB 1. If i bought a USB 2 pci card how do i know if my motherboard would support it. Is there any way of telling? Thanks.

Bios factory reset when hardware added.
I have a Gateway 1Mhz P3 which, whenever I add any internal bits ie pci card, memory, it resets the bios (back to original 2001 defaults) and in turn corrupts AVG. Boots fine otherwise. Anybody any ideas.
